On February 9, 2008, the Menomonee Falls Village Centre held their first annual Chilly Fest.  There was a Chili Cookoff contest,
plus talented artists sculpted 10 beautiful ice creations in front of businesses in the Downtown area.  In a heated tent by the Mill
